We reply to every message, usually within one business day and always within two. If you have not heard back in 48 hours, check your spam folder before writing again — automated shipping notifications very often land there.
Before you write: the three things that get answered fastest
- “Is this in stock?” Every product page shows live stock. If a flavour is greyed out on the product page, it is out of stock — we do not take backorders, and we restock on a published cycle.
- “Which strength should I get?” Start with the 7OH strength guide. It covers the decision honestly, including the argument for starting low rather than high.
- “Will you ship to my state/province?” The shipping policy lists every US state and Canadian province we serve, and the ones we cannot.
Order help
For anything relating to an existing order — a change of address, a tracking problem, a damaged parcel — include your order number in the subject line. It is the single thing that speeds up a resolution.
Our refunds and returns page covers what is returnable and what is not. Short version: unopened, unaltered product in its original packaging is returnable within 30 days; opened product is not, for safety reasons we explain there.
Batch, testing and COA requests
If you want the Certificate of Analysis for the batch you received, the fastest route is to email us the batch or lot code printed on your pack along with your order number. We will send the matching document rather than a generic one.

Wholesale and bulk orders
We work with a small number of retail partners. If you are opening or running a store and want to carry Press’D, use the form below with “Wholesale” in the subject line and tell us roughly what volume you are looking at. We will send our current price list and case-pack options.

For anything else, use the form. We do not currently run an affiliate programme, but we do read every proposal that comes in.
Response times
Monday to Friday we answer within one business day. On weekends it is slower, and if you write late on Friday expect Monday. If your message is genuinely urgent, say so in the subject line and we will prioritise it.
