Free shipping over $75
Shipping is free on all orders over $75 to the United States and Canada. Under $75, flat-rate shipping is $7.95 US domestic and $12.95 to Canada.

Same-day dispatch, Saturdays included
Orders placed before 2pm local time on a business day are picked and dispatched the same day. We ship on Saturdays, so a Friday afternoon order is with the carrier at the weekend rather than sitting until Monday.
Orders placed after 2pm, on Sundays or on public holidays dispatch the next business day. You will get a dispatch email with a tracking number as soon as the parcel is scanned.
Plain, discreet packaging
Every order ships in an unmarked outer box. There is no product branding, no product names and no invoices visible on the outside. The contents are protected inside with the product in its original sealed packaging.
Someone else may need to sign for the parcel. We cannot put delivery instructions on the outside of the box, so if you need a different arrangement, use the carrier’s own delivery-management options once you have a tracking number.
Where we ship
We ship to all 50 US states and to all Canadian provinces and territories, subject to the carrier’s own restrictions on ingestible or alkaloid products. Certain remote destinations — PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, some rural routes — incur a surcharge or cannot be served at all.
If a destination is a problem at checkout, the error will say so before you pay. We do not take an order we cannot ship.
Duties and taxes — Canada
Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to customs duties, GST/HST and brokerage fees. These are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the price at checkout. Depending on the order value, your courier may collect these on delivery rather than in advance.
If a parcel is returned to us because of unpaid duties, we will contact you to arrange either payment and reship or a refund. We cannot recover the original shipping cost in that situation.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel is dispatched. Tracking can take a few hours to show the first scan after that. If a parcel has had no movement for five business days, contact us and we will open a carrier trace.
International orders
We do not currently ship outside the United States and Canada. We are not able to clear ingestible alkaloid products through customs in most other jurisdictions, and rather than risk a parcel being seized we simply do not offer it. If you are outside North America, we cannot help with this order.
Age verification on delivery
Our products are 21+ only. Carriers in the United States and Canada are permitted to check ID on delivery for adult-only goods, and we require that anyone accepting the parcel be of legal age. Where a carrier offers an adult-signature service we use it automatically at no extra cost.
We cannot ship to a recipient who fails an age check. A parcel returned to us because of a failed ID check is not refundable, because we cannot resell it.
Delays outside our control
Weather, carrier backlogs, and postal issues occasionally add a day or two. We cannot control those, and we will always tell you if a parcel is genuinely stuck rather than letting it go quiet.
