This policy explains what personal information Press’D Official collects, why we collect it, and what we do with it. It covers customers in both the United States and Canada.
What we collect
- Order information — name, email, delivery address, phone number, order contents and payment confirmation. We never see or store your full card number; payments are processed by our payment provider.
- Account information — if you create an account, your email and password (stored hashed, never in plain text) and your order history.
- Support correspondence — the messages you send us and any documents or photographs you attach, such as a batch code or a photo of a damaged parcel.
- Technical data — IP address, browser type and pages visited, collected through analytics and server logs.
Why we collect it
To take payment and deliver your order; to comply with age-verification and shipping-carrier requirements; to handle returns and support requests; to meet our tax and legal record-keeping obligations; and to prevent fraud. We also use aggregated data to understand which pages are useful and which are not.
What we do not do
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not add you to a mailing list without your consent, and you can unsubscribe from any email with one click.
Age verification
Because our products are 21+ only, we record the fact that you confirmed your age and the date you confirmed it. Where a carrier requires age verification on delivery, the carrier will record that check separately — that data is held by the carrier, not by us.
How long we keep it
Order records are retained for seven years to meet tax and legal requirements. Support correspondence is retained for two years. Analytics data is retained in aggregated form and not linked to individual orders.
Cookies
We use cookies that are strictly necessary to run the store — keeping your cart and your session — and optional analytics cookies to measure traffic. You can disable optional cookies in your browser; the store will still work.
Your rights
If you are in the United States (including California): you have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to request a copy, to request correction or deletion, to opt out of its sale or sharing, and to limit certain uses of it. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are understood under the CCPA/CPRA. To exercise any right, email us and we will respond within 30 days.
If you are in Canada: you have the right to request access to your personal information, to request correction, and to withdraw consent for any processing based on consent. You may also request that we transfer your information to another provider. To exercise any of these rights, email us.
Consent withdrawal: where we rely on consent — for example, to send you marketing email — you can withdraw it at any time without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.
Security
Traffic to this site is encrypted with TLS. Payment details are handled by a PCI-compliant payment processor and never touch our servers. Access to order data is restricted to staff who need it. No system is perfectly secure, but we do not treat your data casually.
International transfers
Our hosting and payment providers process some data in the United States. Where personal information leaves Canada, it is transferred under appropriate safeguards.
Children
This site and its products are for adults 21 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21.
