These terms govern your use of officialitspressd.com and any order you place with Press’D Official. By using this site or placing an order you agree to them.
1. Eligibility
You must be 21 years of age or older and legally permitted to purchase these products in your jurisdiction. By placing an order you represent that you are 21 or older, that the purchase is for your own use, and that you are legally able to receive the delivery. We may cancel any order where we cannot satisfy ourselves of this.
2. Products
Press’D products contain 7-hydroxymitragynine, a psychoactive alkaloid. They are sold as consumer products. Nothing we sell is intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and no representation of medical or therapeutic benefit is made or implied.
These products are not approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration or Health Canada to treat any condition. We are not a healthcare provider and nothing on this site constitutes medical advice. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before use if you are pregnant, nursing, under 21, taking prescription medication, or managing any health condition.
3. Orders and pricing
All orders are an offer to purchase, accepted when we dispatch. We may decline an order where stock is unavailable, pricing was published in error, or we cannot lawfully ship to your destination.
Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude shipping, duties and taxes unless explicitly stated. We may change prices at any time, and the price charged is the price at the time your order was accepted.
4. Labelled doses and tolerance
The milligram figures on this site refer to the amount of the named compound per tablet or per shot, and are taken from the batch documentation supplied with the product. They are not medical advice and are not a recommendation as to what any individual should take. 7-hydroxymitragynine is potent and tolerance develops. 5. Shipping

7. Intellectual property
The Press’D name, product names, logos and trade dress are the property of their respective owners. We are an authorised retailer of these products. Nothing on this site grants you a licence to reproduce our content, photography or branding. Our own site copy, guides and editorial content may not be republished without written permission.
8. Acceptable use
You may not use this site to violate any law, to attempt unauthorised access, to scrape content for republication, or to misrepresent batch or testing documentation. We may restrict or refuse access to anyone who does.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud.
10. Third-party testing
Third-party Certificate of Analysis documents are produced by an independent laboratory at the time of manufacture. They describe that batch at that time. We publish them in good faith as received. They are not a guarantee of future composition, and they are not an endorsement by the laboratory of the product’s safety or suitability.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections available to you where you live.

We may update these terms. The version in effect is the one published on this page when your order is placed. Material changes will be indicated by an updated effective date.
