The honest short answer
Neither is better. They answer different questions, and the right one depends on whether you have used a 7OH product before.
If you have not: Blue 18mg
Eighteen milligrams is the lowest strength Press’D produce. Buying it costs under ten dollars and tells you whether a 7OH product is something you want to keep using. If the answer is no, you have spent $9.95. If the answer is yes, you have a baseline and you can move up deliberately rather than by accident.
There is also Script’s Blue 10-count at the same 18mg per tablet, which drops the per-tablet cost slightly if you are confident 18mg is your level.
If you have: Extra Strength 40mg

Is 18mg too little to bother with?
