7 Beginner Mistakes When Buying 7OH for the First Time
Almost every avoidable problem we see comes from one of a small number of repeated mistakes. None of them require experience to avoid — they just require knowing they exist. Here are the seven most common.
1. Buying the largest box first
This is number one because it is the most expensive. The 40mg Box of 10 works out at about $0.76 per tablet, the best price on the site — and less than half the per-tablet cost of the 250mg MAX. That discount is the trap. If you do not already know that 40mg is your level, you are not saving money, you are gambling $37.95 on an answer.

2. Comparing milligram figures across different compounds
The Double Stack says 200mg. The 40mg tablet says 40mg. These are not comparable — the first is a combined total across two compounds. Reading 200mg as “five times stronger” is a real and common error. This guide explains it properly.
3. Not asking for the lab report

4. Assuming every “lab tested” label means the same thing
Some reports are a single-assay result for one compound. Some are a multi-analyte panel covering contaminants. Some do not state their method at all, which makes them much weaker. The words on the label tell you nothing without the report behind them. See lab test methods explained.
5. Ignoring flavour when choosing a strength

6. Forgetting that tolerance moves
